Assignment #11

Did you hear about the rose that grew
from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it
learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams,
it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete
when no one else ever cared.

When I read this poem it makes me think of a person. The rose being the person. The concrete being a hard place to live in. That its not always easy to accomplish things in bad conditions. Not everything was easy but he got through it.Learned how to deal with things. Never giving up no matter what problems he came across. A person that maybe nobody believed in but still went for it. He didn't stop trying when it got tough. Hes not going to let people get to him. He can do it without them. When he made it people looked at him different. They started appreciating him.
If you have goals and dreams never give up on them no matter the circumstances. Don't ever let anybody try and put you down. They just don't want to see you do good because maybe there jealous. If you just keep trying and never give up you will eventually get to where your going. And when you get there it will be the best filling. Knowing that you did it even when people said you couldn't and you had no help.
